It is never too late to get started, athletes can join the program at any time during the season.

This Fall Season we have lots of fun in store including training lots of great half marathons, local 5ks, and even a few duathlon and triathlon events - there is something for everyone interested in swim, bike, run or walking events!

TRAIN for HONEYMOON HALF & 5k; BEST DAMN RACE 5k, 10k, or HALF MARATHON, ARC 5k, 10k, 15k, half series; FLORIDA ROAD RACES; SPACE COAST MARATHON & HALF MARATHON; MARINE CORP, CHICAGO, DISNEY, CLEARWATER MARATHONS; A RACE OF YOUR CHOICE; GENERAL HEALTH & FITNESS!

TRIATHLON & DUATHLONS -TARPON TRI, LONGBOAT KEY DU & TRI; A RACE OF YOUR CHOICE!

NOTE: Marathon training schedules begin 16 weeks prior to your event

Team trainings will take place 7am Saturday mornings throughout the season rotating each week to several locations near the area (Safety Harbor Marina, Oldsmar Veterans Park, Upper Tampa Bay Trail).  Track/speed practice is held at Safety Harbor Middle School 7pm, Sunday team rides & bricks, and clinics will be in a race ready locations.. Click here to check out some of the Team Training Locations for specifics.

MARATHON TRAINING FOR NEW & ALUMNI MEMBERS NOT CURRENTLY ON THE SUMMER TEAM --- If you want to start training NOW for your Fall Marathon, register for the FALL SEASON, then we will contact you. There will be a small additional prorated fee for based on the number of weeks prior to the Fall Season that you want to start your training (eg. Fall Marathon Training for alumni members is $70 ($55 group training +$15 16-week customized training schedule & marathon clinics), if you start July 9, it is 6 weeks until the Fall schedule begins, therefore the fee is $27.50 for these 6 weeks + $70 for the Fall 12-week training program).

RunVie Racing Du, Tri, & Run or Walk Training Program $110 (Immediate family members are half price [$55] when one family member registers at the new member rate, supervised kids are free).

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • Training schedule (daily workout program, beginner to experienced specific training programs) through season end Nov 19th - [personal coaching also available, click here for details]
  • Fall season coached, team training sessions (Saturday morning run or walk 7am, 2 choices for Wednesday Track all levels 5:30am OR 7pm, Sunday rides & bricks)
  • Certified coaches to guide you through, team support to keep you motivated
  • Informational clinics, coaching videos, and emails (learn about nutrition, stretching, speed work, race day prep, and much more)
  • Water stops & refreshments at training sessions
  • Race day pre- and post- event gathering
  • Team activities and other perks

  • After you join as a new member, subsequent seasons are 50% off for alumni!
  • Race registration and associated costs are not included

Your training schedule is provided through the end of Fall Season, Nov 19th - we give you a bonus schedule to keep you training until the start of Winter Kick-off early Dec. If your race goes past this date, you will want to register for the Winter season to keep running. The coached group training programs are 12-week programs.
