This is a short, intensive spring training session geared at giving you the tools and the training sessions to make you faster for your next run or triathlon event.

Want to take your training to the next level OR just getting started in a running or triathlon program - this short, intensive program will get you moving through longer miles, or pull you off the couch and into consistent training. SPRING SEASON will offer 3 distinctive programs - Spring into Speed, Just getting Started, or Take Your Training to the Next Level - each program will offer training plans to YOUR ability as well as specific workouts designed to meet your goals. This will be a really cool session - JOIN US!
Training all abilitiies: Beginner to experienced runners and walkers!
This Spring Session will be different than our regular training season $30 - we will meet at Safety Harbor Middle School Track at 6:30pm Thursday's March 15, 22, 29, Apr 5, & 12; and Saturday mornings at 7am March 24 & Apr 7; and Saturday 7am March 31 at Clearwater Memorial Bridge - training will culminate at the Iron Girl 5k, or continue through the I Love Mothers Day 5k!. You will receive a detailed calendar including weekly training locations and a daily training schedule including rest.
FOR SPRING INTO SPEED - At group and individual sessions athletes will conduct trainings geared to increase their speed - we will do track training, but this program is not just about track, it is about perfecting your form and conducting drills, activities, & trainings that will set you on your way to continued success.
